1 1/2 cup of mashed bananas 1 1/2 tasse de bananes en purée
1/2 cup of natural peanut butter 1/2 tasse de beurre d'arachide naturel
2/3 cup of almond milk 2/3 tasse de lait d'amandes
3/4 cup of all purposed flour 3/4 tasse de farine tout usage
3/4 cup of whole wheat flour 3/4 tasse de farine de blé
1/2 cup of coconut sugar (or brown sugar) 1/2 tasse de sucre de coconut ou de sucre brun
1 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder 1 1/2 c. à thé de poudre à pâte
1/2 teaspoon of baking soda 1/2 c. à thé de bicarbonate de soude
1/2 teaspoon of salt 1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/4 cup of chocolate chips 1/4 cup of chocolate chips
Preheat your oven at 350 F
In a large bowl, combine the bananas, milk and peanut butter.
In a second bowl, combine the rest of the ingredients. Then add the liquid ingredients the the dry and stir well.
Place in 12 muffin cups and cook for 25-30 minutes.
Préchauffez votre four à 350F
Dans un grand bol mélanger le beurre d'arachide, le lait et les bananes ensembles.
Dans un autre bol, mélanger le reste des ingrédients. Ajoutez ensuite les ingrédients liquides aux mélange sec. Mélangez le tout.
Placez ensuite le mélange dans 12 petits moules à muffin.
Placez les au four de 20 à 30 minutes.
