It was the perfect meal for a saturday night.
My body never tolerated meat. I remember going to McDonalds, I was about 10. I had never been there because my mom was not a fan of it at all. I was with a friend and they were having their meal there so they ordered and I remember ordering the same thing not really knowing what the menu was about. I ended up having stomach and digestion problems for the whole evening.
Not quite the best hamburger experience.
So I was ready to give burgers another try !
But this time vegan and so deliciously healthy.
- 1 Avocado
- 1 tomato
- 1 block of tempeh
- Vegan mayonnaise
- 2 GF buns
- 2 handfuls of spinach
- 2 handfuls of ''Luzerne''
Cook the tempeh in a large pan with the mushrooms and 1 tablespoon of olive oil (about 10 minutes)
don't forger to turn the tempeh so both sides or cooked.
Toast the buns in your toaster or in an oven.
Spread some vegan mayonnaise & avocado. Add the spinach, the luzerne and the tomato.
Finally, add the tempeh and the mushroom
Squeeze it so it doesn't fall and enjoy your guilt-free burger with love and passion.
Have a beautiful week-end :)
